Zucchini Tart with Gruyère AOP 1655
A zucchini tart that truly stands out. With garlic, thyme and a delicious cheesy filling, this tart will be the star of your summer table.

flour
¼ tsp
salt
100 g
cold butter, cut into pieces
0,5 dl
water
(or ready-made shortcrust pastry)
50 g
grated Gruyère AOP 1655
500 g
zucchini, sliced
2 tbsp
herb and garlic cream cheese

Prepare the dough, roll it out and line a tart tin. Chill for 30 minutes.

Spread the cream cheese over the base, layer the zucchini slices and sprinkle with Gruyère AOP 1655.

Bake for 35–40 minutes at 220°C (or 200°C fan).
