Gruyere AOP

The classic Gruyère AOP par excellence, with a firm yet creamy texture and a delicate, refined taste that will delight those who appreciate gentleness and balance.

A Gruyère AOP aged between 10 and 12 months, with a pronounced character, more intense aromatic notes and a smooth, melting texture.

Our signature cheese, an exceptional Gruyère AOP matured for at least 12 months, meeting the highest and most precise quality standards. Available exclusively at Fromage Gruyère SA.

A Gruyère produced only during the alpine season, from May to October, and cooked over a wood fire. Its delicate and typical flavour comes from the rich diversity of alpine pastures and flora.

A Gruyère AOP crafted according to the principles of organic farming, using certified raw organic milk, with an authentic and well-balanced taste.
