Solar energy serving responsible maturation
Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in the installation of solar panels on all our roofs.Today, nearly 6,000 m² of surface area is equipped, allowing us to produce renewable, local and environmentally friendly energy.
Energy production
These installations generate 1'200 of solar electricity on-site each year, covering a significant part of our energy needs and helping to reduce our carbon footprint.
Optimising water use in our maturation cellars
We have redesigned our cleaning systems to reduce water consumption. Thanks to more efficient technologies, every drop counts. These improvements allow us to save nearly 18'000 m³ of water each year, while maintaining impeccable hygiene standards and preserving a precious resource.
