Savory Muffins with Appenzeller & Bacon
A delicious and super easy recipe, perfect for an aperitif or a friendly brunch.

bacon
50 g
sun-dried tomatoes
200 g
flour
3 tsp
baking powder
150 g
grated Appenzeller (plus a little extra for topping)

eggs
2 dl
milk
Salt and pepper
Stages

Fry the bacon, grate the cheese and slice the sun-dried tomatoes.

Mix the flour, baking powder, tomatoes, bacon and cheese.

Add the eggs and milk, then whisk until smooth. Season to taste.

Pour into greased muffin tins, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
