Crostini with Tête de Moine AOP

kohlrabi

carrots
50 g
celery root

semi-skimmed quark
1 tsp
lemon juice
1 tbsp
chives
Salt and pepper
16–18 rosettes
of Tête de Moine AOP
Stages

Toast the bread slices in the oven at 250°C for 5 minutes, then rub with garlic.

Prepare the tartare by mixing the diced vegetables with the quark, lemon juice, chives, salt and pepper.

Spread the mixture over the bread slices and top with rosettes of Tête de Moine AOP.
